How To Include Your Pets On Our Website

1. You are a client of record with Country Animal Hospital.
2. You can e-mail your photos directly to our Web Administrator. If you have hard copies only, you can bring them to our clinic. Please let our receptionist know if you want to pick the photos up after they have been scanned.
3. Please be sure to include your pet's name with each photo.
4. You can tell us a little about your pet to be included with his/her photo.
5. Please specify if you want both your first and last name included with your pets, your first name only, or your family name.  For example: "Sara" or "Sara Smith" or "The Smith Family".

We are also honoring your pets who have passed on.  Visit our In Memorium page for more information. Please send memorium photos separately from current patient photos.
